Location
The house is located on Rupertswood Terrace, a row of similar but individual bay fronted properties overlooking the harbour area.
There is a path that leads directly to the harbour, it is quite steep and for the not so brave you can take a longer more gentle walk back to the terrace via the busy High Street. There is a Co-OP and Lidl close by and a large Tesco Superstore a very short drive away.
The Tunnels beach, hand carved in the 1820's and steeped in Victorian history, is a gentle 15 minute walk from your location, and we are ideally placed if you are attending a wedding there. It is a short walk to the bustling picturesque working harbour area, where you will find a wide choice of pubs, tea shops and cafes, as well as art galleries and fishing trips to take in the local wildlife and scenery. In the harbour, you will find S&P Fish Restaurant, where you can dine on locally caught seafood, if you are lucky you will even see it landed ded by one of our local fishing boats that is based in the harbour. Whilst you are in the harbour, be sure to visit the world famous Damien Hirst statue, Verity. She is 20 metres tall and a stunning addition to an already beautiful harbour. Also in the harbour area, you will find The Antidote, a Michelin listed restaurant although early booking is recommended (usually a few weeks in advance).
