Please note that the on-road parking spaces immediately before the property (outside the library and pet shop) are limited to 30 minutes with no return, and are regularly monitored by traffic wardens.
For longer stays, free unrestricted roadside parking is available 24 hours a day on both sides of the road just beyond the property, continuing up to the shop.
Alternatively, Holland's Park Car Park (postcode EX34 0HJ) is located up Chapel Lane, taking the first right before the property, and offers free parking 24 hours a day.
As a final option, Cormelles Car Park (postcode EX34 0LG) is the nearest pay-and-display car park. It is a short walk from the property via the riverside path through the park and currently costs approximately £4 per 24 hours.
